Our Story

A Roast With Character

Jitterbomb Coffee Company was born from a simple conviction: coffee should be an event, not an afterthought. Located on Highway 332 in Lake Jackson, we roast in small batches, source directly from growers who treat their land with respect, and bake everything from scratch before dawn.

Every cup that leaves our counter carries the same intention — to make someone's morning feel like it matters. That's the Jitterbomb promise.
